Isn't this a fun idea? For the record I did not make this one. I got the picture from a friend who saw it and wants one. It looks like a fun project. I may have to make one for myself.

Minor Set Back

For the last few days I've been wanting to sew. So I thought I would put together some of the baby blankets that I have. I was looking through my embroidery images deciding what ones to use only to find out that my embroidery program does not work with my computer (darn vista) so I guess I will scratch sewing baby blankets off my "to do" list until farther notice. Maybe I will get my crochet needle out and make some infant caps. If you know of someone due to have a baby, let me know and I can customize a color just for you!

Cake Anyone?

By no means can I be considerd a "pro" at cake decorating. But I took a course a few months back so I've been practicing. Every once in a while I like to learn something new to add to my skills. I just love crafting.

New Project in the Works

Oh I'm excited about the little item in my head. I can't wait until I get it put together. It's going to be so cute! Now I just need to go buy a table saw. Be watching in the next week or so. There may even be an introductory special.

Jean Quilt
